Description
I am very lucky to live an area of outstanding beauty, a land steeped in history of the Roman Empire. Sycamore Gap was an iconic land mark, standing alone on Hadrian’s wall. I wanted to create an image of this beautiful tree close to the hearts of many Northumbrians .Your picture is made with Seaham’s beautiful tones of brown and amber sea glass to depict autumn time.
The sea glass that I have collected has been tumbled in the sea for up to 170 years by the power of the North Sea and washed up onto the equally beautiful North East coastline.
